Taking AI to the CommunityAI进社区公益活动

Background项目背景: Helping people in the community understand AI tools and how they can be useful in everyday life.帮助社区居民了解 AI 工具，以及它们在日常生活中的实际用途。
What we did实践过程: We invited older members of the community along for a hands-on session, introduced AI tools in plain language and guided everyone through trying them out.组织社区中老年人现场体验，用简单易懂的方式介绍 AI 工具，并带领参与者尝试操作。
Result成果: We ran a community sharing and hands-on session, gathered feedback from participants and built up experience for future events.完成社区分享与实践活动，收集参与者反馈，为后续开展相关活动积累经验。

AI Management System for Small and Medium Training Providers中小型培训机构 AI 管理系统

Background项目背景: Small and medium-sized training providers often find management software expensive, and existing systems hard to tailor to their needs.中小型培训机构往往面临管理软件成本较高、现有系统难以满足个性化需求的问题。
What we did实践过程: Through needs research and workflow analysis, we used AI-assisted development tools to design a teacher and student management system.通过需求调研和业务流程分析，利用 AI 辅助开发工具，设计教师与学生管理系统。
Result成果: We built a customised management system prototype and explored how AI-assisted development works in practice for small education providers.完成定制化管理系统原型，探索 AI 辅助开发在中小型教育机构中的实际应用。

Kenya Wildlife-Deterrent Light Project肯尼亚“防兽灯”项目

Background项目背景: Parts of rural Kenya have an unreliable power supply, and wildlife moving around at night can cost families their livestock and part of their income.肯尼亚部分乡村地区电力供应不足，野生动物夜间活动可能造成家畜损失，影响当地家庭收入。
What we did实践过程: Students carried out community research and fundraising, then helped buy and set up solar wildlife-deterrent lights, giving locals a low-cost way to protect livestock at night.学生开展社区调研和公益募资，参与太阳能防兽灯的采购与部署，为当地提供低成本的夜间防护方案。
Result成果: Exploring how solar lighting can keep wildlife away from homes and livestock, and helping students turn community research into practical charity action.探索利用太阳能照明设备减少野生动物侵扰的可行方式，让学生将社区研究转化为具体的公益行动。

Tackling period poverty in New Zealand新西兰经期贫困行动

Background项目背景: Some women and teens in New Zealand struggle with the cost and can't always get basic period products.新西兰部分女性和青少年因经济压力，难以持续获得基本的经期卫生用品。
What we did实践过程: Students researched period poverty and surveyed community needs, then took part in awareness campaigns, fundraising and period-product support.学生围绕经期贫困开展资料研究和社区需求调查，并参与公益宣传、资源募集与卫生用品支持活动。
Result成果: Linking research on a social issue with community action, students learned how to run a charity project and respond to real community needs.将社会议题研究与社区行动结合起来，让学生学习如何组织公益项目，并回应实际的社区需求。

Beichen Youth CEO Talk, Auckland北辰青年 CEO 奥克兰分享会

Project background项目背景: Giving Auckland university students the chance to talk directly with a business leader about career choices, managing organisations and personal development.为奥克兰高校学生创造与企业负责人直接交流的机会，了解职业选择、组织管理及个人发展。
Result成果: The Beichen Youth CEO shared their own journey and views on the industry, followed by live Q&A on career planning and personal growth. As part of the Beichen Youth Auckland series, the events drew about 190 students in person and led to further campus events.邀请北辰青年 CEO 分享自身经历和行业观察，并设置现场问答，与学生交流职业规划和成长经验。作为北辰青年奥克兰系列活动的一部分，相关系列累计吸引约 190 名学生线下参与，并延续了后续校园交流活动。

Talk: AI and Personal GrowthAI 与个人成长专题讲座

Project background项目背景: As AI tools make their way into study and work, this talk helped students understand how to use them sensibly and what they mean for their careers.随着 AI 工具逐渐应用于学习和工作，帮助学生了解如何合理使用这些工具，以及它们对职业发展的影响。
Result成果: Topics from the Beichen Youth series drew more than 1,000 discussions, and we gathered students' feedback on AI use and career development on the day.北辰青年系列活动相关话题讨论量超过 1,000，并收集了学生对 AI 应用和职业发展的现场反馈。

Talk: Personal Branding and Career Development个人品牌与职业发展讲座

Project background项目背景: Covering personal positioning, organising your experience and presenting yourself professionally, so students can better explain their background, project experience and strengths.围绕个人定位、经历整理和职业表达，帮助学生更好地介绍自己的专业背景、项目经历与个人优势。
Result成果: The series produced 5 research reports, helping Beichen Youth better understand young people in New Zealand.相关系列活动累计形成 5 份调研报告，为北辰青年了解新西兰本地青年群体提供参考。

Eco-Creative Market @ UOA奥克兰大学生态创意市集

Project background项目背景: Working with university student clubs and community partners, we planned an eco-themed creative market at the University of Auckland, handling stallholder recruitment, campus promotion and running the event on the day.与高校学生组织及社区伙伴合作，在奥克兰大学策划环保主题创意市集，负责参与方招募、校园宣传及现场活动执行。
Result成果: Nearly 30 stalls took part, bilingual promotion reached close to 10,000 students, and almost 1,000 people came along on the day.活动汇集近 30 个摊位，中英文宣传触达近万名学生，现场参与人数接近 1,000 人。
